Affecting Server - ihsrv1
Host10 Suffered multiple downtime during the mentioned interval.
At the beginning it was due to a Massive UDP based Ddos attack, which was handled by our Ddos protection hardware & filtered all the IPs of the attack.
The server also faced PHP failure & Zombie PHP functions overloading the node which resulted in multiple downtimes.
Our team & datacenter professionals worked during the weekend to fix the issue as soon as possible.
The issue was finally resolved at the mentioned time.
However, Optimization of the node is still undergoing which may/may not create short downtimes for a day or 2.

Shared Node - host20.ssn24.com or ihsrv1 is Down.
We are currently investigating for the issues.
Node has been rebooted after the downtime was faced.
We will try to get it UP as soon as possible.

From few days we have noticed that some of websites are not loading good, even server load is too high to handle but unfortunately today our primary hard disk has been crashed. So it is requested to please wait for few hours so that we can replace the crashed hard disk with the new one. Your sites are secured as well your backup's so no need to worry about it.
